08:30 Customer Advises RingTrack JCB Telehandler Missing from Site

14:00hrs RingTrack Recovery Operator Arrives in Area where current location of Stolen Plant is shown to be located on RingTrack System which was in the area of junction 9 of the M25 motorway. This location was the centre of the cell site. Radio signal received west towards Oxshott Road south.

14:45hrs Signal received to the north in the wooded area of the Blacksmiths School which is situated to the north of the Tesco supermarket in Oxshott Road.

14:50hrs stronger signal still to the north on south side of M25

14:55hrs Bridle path to the south west of A244 Oxshott Road opposite Pachesham Park and next to Rowhurst Wood. Strong signal to the south west..

15:10hrs; At the end of the bridle path there are two mobile telephone masts. Sitting very close to the M25. JCB Tellehandler hidden behind one of the masts..

1545hrs Police Constable from Surrey Police attended. 16:50hrs Recovery Company from Epsom attended at request of Surrey Police.

17:55hrs; Vehicle was able to be driven from rural location for recovery on main road to Langley Recovery’s premises. There appeared to be no damage to the vehicle.

13:30hrs RingTrack Recovery Operator Arrives in Area where current location of Stolen Plant is shown to be located on RingTrack System commenced technical observations in area A317 Queens Road junction with B365 Seven Hills Road, Weybridge, Surrey.

15:30hrs Having covered the area bordered by the A317 Queens Road, B372 St Georges Avenue, B374 Brooklands Road, A245 Byfleet Road and B365 Seven Hills Road. There was no signal received. This area comprises of both rural and large residential properties a majority of the properties being on private roads thus access is restricted. I was able to access St Georges Hill area which is in the centre of the square previously described and still no signal.it was agreed to remain on site until 1800hrs same day to see whether the next message was received by the unit.

18:15hrs No signal received from unit. A decision was made to stand down till next Day.

0630hrs En route to Weybridge.

0815hrs Commenced technical observations in the south eastern area of Weybridge.

09:05hrs Very faint signal heard in Queens Road junction with Brackley Close, Weybridge.

0910hrs Stronger signal received in Bridgewater Road.

09:12hrs Entered grounds of a derilict property called Warrenhurst, Bridgewater Road.

19:20hrs; Stolen JCB extendable forklift found at rear of property hidden in bushes to the right of the large overgrown garden.

09:30hrs; Customer informed and asked to send recovery lorry.

11:00hrs Personnel from Customer attended Site to recover the JCB. .
